A pencil order for swing highs and swing lows
Mark swings from the left edge toward today. If a new mark makes an older mark unreadable, erase the new one.
A journal page you can still read in six weeks
Date, market, three timeframe notes, and one sentence about what would change the map. Leave the rest of the page empty.
