Who you are booking

The official registered business name is Synap Keystone, established in 2015. The studio address is 15 Geumdae-ro, Wonju-si, Gangwon-do, 26491. Email info@synapkeystone.click. Phone 033-763-1184. When you send a booking request, confirm a date, or pay a stated fee, you accept these terms.

What the studio provides

Synap Keystone provides technical analysis training focused on multi-timeframe chart analysis. A private desk session, a Saturday workshop, and a chart journal review are educational meetings or written commentary on price structure. You keep every decision about capital, order placement, position size, and choice of broker. The studio prepares printed sheets, leads the reading order, and writes the map or the review letter described on the session page.

Bookings

A form submission asks for a time. The booking exists when we confirm it by email and, where a holding amount or seat fee applies, when that amount arrives. Preferred dates on the form are wishes, not reservations. We may decline a market that cannot be printed as a clean swing study, and we will do that before asking you to pay.

Please arrive, call, or have the posted pack in hand at the confirmed time. Workshop seats are for one named person. A seat may be given to someone else only within the window described on the refund page.

Conduct in the room

Phones stay in bags while a daily sheet is being read. Recording a workshop or a private hour requires written agreement from the instructor and from every other person present. Abusive language, or pressure to turn the session into order-placing advice, ends the hour. If the studio ends a session for that reason, the fee is handled as work already started, described on the refund page.

Intellectual property

Printed chart packs, the annotation order, the map template, and the text of journal letters belong to Synap Keystone. You may keep, photograph, and reuse your own marked copies for your private study. You may not resell the packs, republish a workshop as your own course, or present the studio’s map template as a product of your own. Your original journal remains yours. Margin notes we add are licensed to you for your personal study, and the physical pages are returned.

Journal articles on this website may be quoted with credit and a link to the article. Full copies require permission by email.

Liability

Chart study describes structure that has already printed and habits for reading it. Markets move after the hour, and a map can be made false by the condition written on it. Synap Keystone is not liable for trading losses, missed trades, or decisions you make after a session. Liability for a cancelled studio booking, a lost posted journal, or a fee paid in error is limited to the fee you paid for that booking, except where Korean law does not allow that limit. We take reasonable care of journals left at the desk and of packs posted inside Korea.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes that cannot be settled by a written exchange with the studio are subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Republic of Korea, including the courts that serve Wonju-si where that is the proper venue.

Changes

We may revise these terms by posting a new version on this page. A booking already confirmed keeps the terms that were posted on the day of confirmation, unless a change is required by law.
